Who's Your Daddy?

My ex-husband Bob was born in 1943, while his father, Bill, was stationed in Europe.

Every day for two years Bob's mother held Bill's picture up so their son could see it and said, "See, Bobby. This is your daddy."

When his father returned at the end of the war, he grabbed the two-year-old son he had never met and swung him into the air.  He was overjoyed to see his son at last, but rather taken aback when the child began to scream and cry.

"I'm your daddy, Bobby!" he exclaimed.  "I'm your daddy!"

"No, No!' little Bobby cried, pointing to the picture on the mantle.  "That's my daddy!"
